An employee has left and I need to add the new employee in his/her place on the contract record, how can I do that?
System Administrators can use a utility called Contract Address Book Substitution that will replace or remove any party of any contract record in Ntracts. From the Administration menu, hover over Utilities, and then select Contract Address Book Substitution. Ntracts provides a utility called Contract Address Book Substitution (Administration > Utilities > Contract Address Book Substitution) that can be used to replace or remove any party of any contract record in Ntracts.
