Adding a New Address Book Entry from the Datasheet Tab

If you are entering a new contract record and adding a party that you have not contracted with before, you must create an address book entry for a person or organization before they can be associated with a contract record. To maintain the integrity of the Address Book, it is recommended to always search before creating a new entry. If, after searching, the party is not in the Address Book you can add them to the Address Book from the Datasheet tab.
