Searching the Address Book
The address book holds the contact information for all Ntracts users and individuals and organizations that are parties in a contract record.
When entering a new contract record, you will add parties from the address book. The address book is a central location to organize and update user and contract party contact information. A best practice is to always search before creating a new address book entry. Follow the steps in this guide to search the address book.
