eSign Document for Signatories (Recipient View)
The purpose of the eSign is to solicit, gather, and return electronic signatures on documents. DocuSign is the vendor integrated with Ntracts and provides an easy and convenient method for acquiring a physical signature. It’s safe, secure, and legally binding.
An individual creates the eSign envelope by selecting the documents and specifies the signatories. The eSign request is then delivered to an email address from an email domain of @docusign.net. Once all signatures are collected, the signatories will receive an email that includes a link to the signed document(s).
